Overview of Quality Control Center
Pakistan Standards & Quality Control Authority is a National Standard Body of Pakistan issues Product Test Reports for necessary Licensing under PSQCA Act 1996. QCC has been carrying out testing of 166 mandatory articles as per act permits based on strict guidelines of Pakistan Standards. Accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17025 and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) are the major standouts of QCC.
Quality Control Center (QCC) (formerly Central Testing Laboratories (CTL)), Lahore was established in 1956 under the administrative control of Ministry of Industries & Production (MoIP) but later on merged to PSQCA through Act No. VI of 1996 under the Ministry of Science & Technology (Most).
QCC as an integral part of PSQCA, is currently testing a broader range of food & non-food products under one roof as per Pakistan Standards. QCC-PSQCA has well qualified & trained pool of technical experts. These technically competent people with relevant experience & expertise help you improve quality of product thereby increasing market worth of your product brand
